These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you (and, where you act for a hospital or clinic, that organisation) and Rjuhasta Marketing Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("Rjuhasta", "we", "us", or "our"), a company with its registered office in Rohini, New Delhi, India.
By accessing rjuhasta.com, submitting an enquiry, starting a free trial, or purchasing or using ScopeDesk, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or the software.
ScopeDesk is a documentation, capture, and reporting tool for endoscopy procedures. It is licensed to Indian hospitals and clinics and is designed to run on the Customer's own Windows PC or local network, storing data locally.

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. Where you use the website or software on behalf of a hospital, clinic, or other organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of the applicable fees, Rjuhasta grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to install and use ScopeDesk for your internal clinical and administrative purposes, for the number of installations or sites covered by your Licence.
ScopeDesk is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Rjuhasta.

We may offer a free trial of ScopeDesk so you can evaluate compatibility and suitability before purchasing. Trial licences are provided "as is", may be time-limited, and may be withdrawn or modified at our discretion. We recommend completing a trial and a compatibility check before purchasing.
ScopeDesk is offered as a one-time licence, with optional add-ons and services. Prices are provided by quotation based on your requirements (edition, number of installations or sites, and any professional services).
All fees are subject to applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) and any other taxes, levies, or duties, which will be charged in addition to the quoted price where applicable and shown on your tax invoice.
ScopeDesk is a digital product delivered electronically — there is no physical shipment. Following a successful purchase, we provide a download link and licence key and assist with installation and activation, as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Refunds and order cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We may provide software updates and support in accordance with your Licence or a separate support arrangement. Some updates may be required for continued proper functioning. We are not obligated to provide support for unsupported versions, unsupported hardware, or configurations outside the published system requirements.

Patient records, images, videos, and reports are stored on your systems and are not transmitted to Rjuhasta during normal operation, as described in our Privacy Policy.
ScopeDesk, rjuhasta.com, and all related software, content, trademarks, logos, and materials are owned by or licensed to Rjuhasta and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. Data you create using ScopeDesk (such as patient records and reports) remains yours.
The website and software may rely on third-party services (for example, web fonts, analytics, a payment gateway, or messaging platforms). Your use of those services is subject to the respective provider's terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
We warrant that ScopeDesk will perform substantially in accordance with its documentation when used on supported hardware and configurations. Except for this limited warranty, the website and software are provided "as is" and "as available", and to the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all other warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rjuhasta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or clinical outcomes, arising out of or in connection with the website or software.
Rjuhasta's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to Rjuhasta for the Licence giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the event. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold Rjuhasta harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the software, your breach of these Terms, or your handling of patient or other personal data in violation of applicable law.
These Terms apply for as long as you use the website or software. We may suspend or terminate your Licence if you materially breach these Terms, including the licence restrictions. On termination, you must stop using and uninstall ScopeDesk. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any applicable law, the courts at New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms. The parties will attempt to resolve disputes amicably before initiating legal proceedings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date on this page. Your continued use of the website or software after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
