01 Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when and how you may cancel an order or request a refund for ScopeDesk, the endoscopy documentation software published by Rjuhasta Marketing Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("Rjuhasta", "we", "us"). It also explains how ScopeDesk is delivered and activated.
By purchasing a ScopeDesk licence, you agree to this policy together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
02 Try Before You Buy
We offer a free trial before any payment. ScopeDesk is available as a fully featured trial so your team can confirm compatibility with your endoscope processor and workflow before purchasing a licence. We strongly recommend completing the trial and a compatibility check before you buy.
Because a free trial is provided, refund requests that arise solely from a change of mind, or from requirements that could have been verified during the trial, may not be eligible. Please see the conditions below.
03 Refund Window & Eligibility
You may request a refund of the licence fee within 7 (seven) calendar days of the payment date if all of the following conditions are met:
- ScopeDesk cannot be made to function on your supported hardware due to a defect or incompatibility that our support team is unable to resolve within a reasonable time; and
- You have given our support team reasonable access and cooperation to attempt a fix (remote session, error details, hardware information); and
- The issue is not caused by unsupported hardware, third-party software conflicts, operating-system faults, or a failure to meet the published system requirements.
If these conditions are met, we will refund the licence fee actually paid for the affected licence.
04 What Is Not Refundable
Refunds are generally not available in the following situations:
- Requests made after 7 days from the date of payment.
- Change of mind, internal budget changes, or the licence no longer being required, where the software works as described.
- Issues that could reasonably have been identified during the free trial or compatibility check.
- Requirements or features that were never represented as available in ScopeDesk.
- Problems caused by hardware, operating systems, or third-party software outside the published system requirements, or by unauthorised modification of the software.
- Custom development, on-site installation, training, data-migration, or other professional-service fees that have already been performed.
- Annual maintenance, support-renewal, or add-on charges once the corresponding service period has begun.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable Indian consumer-protection law.
05 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us within the eligibility window with the following details:
- The hospital / clinic name and the name used at the time of purchase.
- Your order or invoice number and the date of payment.
- A description of the problem, including any error messages, and the steps already tried with our support team.

06 How Refunds Are Processed
Once a refund is approved:
- The refund is issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, unless another method is agreed with you in writing.
- For online payments, refunds are processed through the same payment gateway used for the transaction. The amount is normally credited within 5–10 business days of approval, subject to your bank or card issuer's processing time.
- Upon refund, the associated ScopeDesk licence is cancelled and deactivated, and you must stop using and uninstall the software.
- Applicable taxes are refunded in accordance with law. Payment-gateway or bank charges, where non-recoverable, may be deducted from the refunded amount.
07 Cancelling an Order
You may cancel an order at any time before the licence key has been issued and the software activated, for a full refund of any amount paid. Once the licence has been issued and activated, cancellation is handled under the refund conditions in Sections 03 and 04 above.
08 Delivery & Activation of Software
ScopeDesk is a digital product. There is no physical shipment. The software is delivered electronically — no courier, and no shipping charges apply.
After a successful purchase:
- We provide a download link and a licence key by email or WhatsApp, typically within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation and receipt of the details required for activation.
- Installation and activation are usually completed by our team via a remote session, generally within the same period, subject to your availability and system readiness.
- If you do not receive your download link and licence key within this time, please contact us using the details below and we will resolve it promptly.
